BUT ITS NAWT CANON U CANT SHIP THAT!!11!!

I'll admit, I was a canon freak once. But not anymore. Everytime I hear people say "ITS NAWT CANON!!11!!" to people who ship fanon pairings, I just wanna slam my head on my desk. So what if its not canon? That's the reason fanfiction exists. Just let people ship what they want. I, for one, ship both canon and fanon. I like canon pairings if they make sense, but if they don't, then I just can't get into it. Sorry, but just because a pairing is canon, it doesn't make it morally superior to every other pairing. Canon pairings can be just as nonsensical as fanon pairings. For example, look at Vegeta and Bulma. They just married out of the blue. How can I get into that? 

Bottom line is, if someone hates a canon pairing, let them. If someone likes a fanon pairing better, let them. Just ship and let ship.
